Jo-Carroll Energy is a member-owned energy cooperative providing around the clock electric and natural gas service. The cooperative supplies energy to more than 26,000 electric and natural gas members in Jo Daviess, Carroll and Whiteside counties.
When you receive electric or natural gas services from Jo-Carroll Energy, you are a member of the cooperative. If you are not currently a Jo-Carroll Energy member you need to complete an application for membership. Print the form, complete the requested information and either fax it to (815) 858-3731 or mail it to:
